Abstract

This Paper is an Exploratory study on Bodily integrity of women in certain issues and its redressal or presence in the Indian Legal System. Researcher is Intended to read through the legal presence of Marital Rape, Honor Killing and how consent of a women is given importance in the legal documents as demanded by CEDAW to repeal all the legal differences to achieve equality of both the sexes mentioned in Article 14 of Indian Constitution.
