This Study is an attempt to map the tactics, strategy and novelty of convince in UGC - Consortium for Educational Communication’s educational videos. Educational video has been considering one of the very influential content in higher education sector among these social media and YouTube. In the digital reformist era in an everyday number of private and government organization produce the video content for the development of education particularly higher education. In the recent studies point out that in an Indian young learners are increased drastically this made a great extend of our higher education. But this concerned videos are not getting proper recognition from the student community even the news caster from the distinguished reputed professor and great scholar of our country but when consider the presentational logic and technicality behind the visual narration engulf the novelty and the highly perceived logic for the presentation.
