Abstract

Over the decade of years, the most apparent social change taking place in the years is the transformation of communication. In recent years, the revolution of communication technology has intensified.

After privatization in the year 1990 the expansion of the internet came to power by computer networking, open source software which includes internet protocols, and fast development of digital switching and transmission capacity in the telecommunication network.

In 1969 the internet was setup but is a old technology, it has been diffused on a large scale, because of severs factors like greater bandwidth in telecommunications, regulatory changes, penetration of personal computers, software programs that made easy to upload, access and communicate content. In 1990, Tim Berners Lee designed a browser and introduced World Wide Web Server (WWW).
