Abstract

With the growing of use of social media, online content created by users have able to reach public within a minute.It has become an effective tool of communication but it can also cause conflict among individuals or community if not be careful with sensitizing content that can cause any harm. For decades the world has witness different kinds of conflicts including racial conflict and with the emergence of social media Cyber racism which is also a form of racism, has been practice in different ways whether it is direct or indirect. In this studies, micro-aggression which is a less direct racial practice have been investigate among the Mizo online Community, in order to find out the type of micro-aggression that have been commonly practice and the reason behind it.
