Abstract

The researcher in this article justifies the epsitemology of human rights to be androcentric and also justifies the need of adding the women experience to the existing methodology to bring in a justified balance in any policy intendent to bring in a egalitarian society. The article also tries to justify the famous discourse "Women Rights are Human Rights" and why feminist methodology should be used in tracing the evolution of human rights and in any research that is done in the field of human rights. Researcher also suggests various types of feminist qualitative methods which can help the human rights researches.
